Where are we sleeping?
Enjoy waking up to bird song, the air perfumed with the sweet scent of orange blossom, while you are lying in a comfortable bed in a white canvas bell tent, decorated with Moroccan details.

Enjoy gourmet food (vegetarian), served by Pachamama Catering. All meals are lovingly and freshly prepared on site with local, seasonal and where possible, organic ingredients. The food is absolutely delicious.

Your Retreat Hosts
Elif Clarke is an NHS Psychologist, Advanced Yoga Teacher, and Transformational Breath Facilitator. Her whole professional career has been dedicated to helping others. She assists regularly on seminars and workshops in the UK and abroad. Her passion is “healing with breathing”. Her dream is to build her own retreat centre inspired by her deep understanding and expertise in Transformational Breath .
Sarah Jons is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Transformational Breath Facilitator. She works with private clients in the field of addiction, fertility, and depression. Her skills allow her to work deeply with subconscious beliefs and behaviours. She believes “the breath is the doorway into the subconscious and the most powerful self- healing tool we own”. Her experience of working with Transformational Breath on retreat has inspired her to create the same opportunity for many others.
Your Retreat Assistants
Carmen Martínez Alemán has been incorporating Yoga into her life since she was 17 years old. She received her teaching qualification at Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham, North India in June 2011. She has a deep Buddhist Spiritual practice and a passionate teacher ( who also teaches art and photography). Carmen has a deep appreciate of the power of Transformational Breath as she has completed Levels 1,2 & 3. She will be leading the yoga sessions throughout the weekend which is the perfect accompaniment to breath work.
Sian Lockley is a Transformational Breath Facilitator and EFT practitioner, who is in the final term of a 3 year Shiatsu Massage Diploma. She has a long-held view that if you want to leave a legacy, you need to help people grow. Over the past 20 years, she has combined this ethos with her management roles as an active coach, mentor, and trainer. Sian has seen her own life transform through the use of the breath and meridian energy therapies and is committed to helping others realise the benefits they want in their own lives. We are delighted to have Sian join us on this retreat to provide support and assistance during the breath sessions.
Suitable for friends, family members or single travelers ( ladies only). All levels of fitness and health accommodated. Whether you’ve been on retreat, experienced Transformational Breath before or not doesn’t matter.
Daily massages and other treatments available too.

How do I book?
At this stage, we only require a £97 deposit to hold your booking if you want to join us. Final balances will be taken closer to the retreat date. We need to price this retreat in euros due to uncertainty around exchange rates, and in order to offer you the best price.

What is Transformational Breath ® ?
Transformational Breath is an amazing technique that works across three levels. The first level teaches you how to open your complete respiratory system. Physically this energises, clears toxins, and boosts the immune system. It reduces stress hormones; in fact, each session can clear ‘something’, leaving behind deep feelings of relaxation.
The emotional is the second level. Emotionally, Transformational Breath provides an opportunity to access those deep unresolved issues and integrate them in a way that has an immediate benefit on your life. This tool works at the level of the subconscious.
