I've been fortunate in life, despite experiencing some bad stuff (like many). Having suffered some major physical and emotional upsets in my thirties, a series of therapy sessions put me back on the road to recovery. With help, guidance and some sessions from a hypnotherapist I changed. It's hard to explain but I felt lifted, lighter, resilient, stronger.
That seems a different life, as fast forward 20 years I feel blessed at being able to support and help others. I've been working as a therapist now for 10 years. I've had some great teachers, coaches and the more I learn, the more I want to know. My development has never stopped as I am now teaching others. I'm a Breath Therapist and Trainer. Breath is the foundation of the subconscious and can be used to unlock repressed and suppressed emotions quickly and permanently. I can not recommend the effectiveness of breath work highly enough, especially if you have some deep issues to deal with.
I'm available from 4:30 pm Monday to Friday for 1:1 sessions. I lead weekend workshops and hold retreats and training events, in the UK and abroad. Skype sessions are available too!
Sometimes it's hard to know what you want help with. If you want to lose weight, drink less, sleep well, feel confident when speaking in public, improve your chances of having a baby, or just reduce your stress, then each of these is a good starting point.
