Hi there, I'm Sarah Jons, the founder of In London Hypnotherapy and co-founder of the Big Breath Company. Cognitive Hypnotherapy is the most amazing therapy I've come across for enabling quick permanent change in an individual.
I help my clients escape from their past experiences, remove barriers in their present and create healthy connections inside their thinking.
I believe success resides in each of us. It's often trapped and just needs to find a way out.
I've been fortunate in life, despite experiencing some bad stuff (like everyone of us). Having suffered some major physical, emotional and mental upsets in my 30's a series of counselling sessions started me on the road to recovery. I'm not ready to tell my story; perhaps I never will; just know I nearly died. When my then therapist told me that I needed to self-commit to a mental hospital, something changed in me. So fast forward 20 years I find helping others keeps me walking along the right road. I've been working as a therapist now for 10 years. Just know our work is 100% confidential, delivered with compassion and from a place of non judgement.
I'm super sensitive at picking up unconscious signals, from what you say to what you don't say, and from your behaviour to your physiology.
I've had some great teachers, coaches and the more I learn, the simpler and more effective my approach becomes.
I'm an expert in integrative Breath work which works in alignment with Hypnotherapy. Breath lies at the foundation of the subconscious and can be used to unlock repressed and suppressed emotions quickly and permanently. I can not recommend the effectiveness of breath work highly enough, especially if you have some big stuff to deal with.
Career wise, I've worked for a top university (for what feels like forever), and love working with students and young people. I'm available outside working hours, hold 1:1 sessions, organise workshops and hold retreats and training events, in the UK and abroad. Skype sessions are available too!

Sometimes it's hard to know what you want help with.
