Despite what you may think, you are not stuck with your thoughts, feelings, or behaviours. Any physical, mental or emotional labels you have be given, can be rewritten. There exists infinite different realities and possibilities ahead. I believe the answers to your problem(s) can be found in your subconscious. You have all the tools you need. I can join you in that space and locate resources for you to use for inner transformation. Rest assured there are now thousands of clinical studies showing the positive benefit of hypnosis. It's an AMAZing therapy for change.

Mental Health Review Journal. 118 cases measured the effectiveness of Cognitive Hypnotherapy for the treatment of depression and anxiety, 71% considered themselves recovered after an average of 4 sessions. This compared to an average of 42% for other approaches using the same measures (like CBT).
