I'm a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Coach and Breathworker who helps people fix themselves so they can journey through life with greater happiness, health, and peace. I guide my clients to free themselves from their past, present, and future.
Despite what you may think, you are not your thoughts, feelings, or behaviours. Any physical, mental or emotional labels you have can be edited. There exists infinite different realities and possibilities. I believe that you can find the answer to your problem(s) by crossing the bridge into your subconscious. You have all the resources you need. You just need someone to show you where to find them and how to use them. Rest assured there are now thousands of clinical studies showing the positive benefit of hypnosis.

Mental Health Review Journal. 118 cases measured the effectiveness of Cognitive Hypnotherapy for the treatment of depression and anxiety, 71% considered themselves recovered after an average of 4 sessions. This compared to an average of 42% for other approaches using the same measures (like CBT).
